- At least 5 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- At least 1 year customer service, call center, hospitality and/or technical support work experience
- At least 4 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Willing to work on a flexible schedule as needed
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
As a Senior Change Implementation Analyst, you will follow configuration work plans to configure solution functionality and components in production and non-production environments. You will gather requirements and determine scope of work to estimate delivery effort and delivery timeframes and apply change management processes throughout service request life cycle. In this role, you will troubleshoot and validate configurations to ensure successful implementation in client domains and communicate effectively to clients and internal stakeholders. Senior Change Implementation Analysts evaluate the impact of changes within the client environments and, with support, make recommendations in accordance with Cerner standards. You will also identify potential integration points and cross-solution builds. Basic QualificationsAll employees must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
