What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and manage the production of design for various land development projects
- Conduct site layout, grading, and earthwork calculations
- Design storm water management and erosion control systems
- Prepare and submit local land development permits
- Provide quality assurance and mentor junior staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of civil or utility-related engineering experience
- TN PE license or immediate reciprocity
- Expertise in site layout, grading, storm water and erosion control design
- Knowledge of civil-related utility design and trenchless technology
- Experience in construction and specification writing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong foundation/geotechnical experience and understanding
