What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service while managing client claims and advocating for clients
- Handle complex construction claims and lead claim reviews
- Educate clients and internal teams on best practices in claims management
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized service strategies
- Maintain accurate client files and ensure timely execution of service plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficient in managing client claims and interpreting coverage
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims handling within an agency
- Experience in complex construction claims
- Strong ability to participate in client meetings and deliver tailored claims management services
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining client files
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BS/BA in Business, Insurance, or a related field
- Professional designations such as AIC, CIC, CPCU, SCLA, or similar
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
