  To be successful in this role, we are seeking either a qualified lawyer (minimum 2-3 years PQE desirable) or someone with considerable experience in the management of Financial Lines claims. You will be experienced in:

  • Management of Financial Lines Claims or litigation;
  • Effective communication skills with a focus on technical claims management and advocacy of complex claims, including drafting claims submissions;
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to communicate and negotiate difficult disputes;
  • Developing effective working relationships and good influencing skills to work across the business;
  • An understanding of insurance products and markets with a particular focus on Financial Lines; and
  • Operational compliance in the Insurance Broking industry (highly advantageous)
