- Answering calls from AB shareholders, investment professionals and internal groups
- Processing account transactions and updates
- Performing various forms of account research and reviewing and producing shareholder correspondence
- Other tasks, projects and roles as business needs arise
The Client Relationship Associate (CRA) is a member of a high performing, client focused team, responsible for assisting shareholders, advisors and other investment professionals who call into our service center. The CRA serves as the “face” of AllianceBernstein to these callers and play a key role in building a positive perception of AB with existing and potential clients. You will receive training to learn our products, systems and client service standards, and are expected to handle these interactions in a manner meeting the quality standards set by AB, its investors and the financial services industry. As progress with your primary role allows, you will be trained to perform other responsibilities such as responding to correspondence, performing account research and handling other tasks and projects as business needs arise.
