What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead monthly financial review meetings with Clinical Study Leads and the Outsourcing team
- Conduct review meetings with Finance to discuss study budget financials
- Provide monthly projections based on current budget and pending changes
- Develop financial modeling and scenario planning for Clinical Trials
- Drive the close-out process to ensure timely study closures and resolve vendor invoice discrepancies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in Finance (degree in Finance preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience with clinical trial budgets
- Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience working with Clinical Research Organizations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of healthcare finance, including knowledge of financial statements and financial modeling tools
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
