      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Formulate and define business scope and objectives, as well as Epic Clinical Systems requirements
      - Conduct functional analysis, requirements definition, and application module configuration and testing
      - Act as a primary liaison between Epic Clinical Systems teams and internal/external customers
      - Manage relationships and resources to deliver Epic Clinical Systems services in support of project deliverables
      - Provide advanced customer support and monitor production support, troubleshooting, and configuration

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant technical or business work experience
      - Epic Certification to be obtained within 6 months of hire
      - Experience with requirements management, process design, and documentation methodologies
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Visio

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of clinical or relevant technical experience
      - Experience in diagramming and use case development
      - Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle
      - Strong vendor relationship skills
      - Ability to work in a complex technical environment
