      Key Responsibilities:

      Strategic Clinical Engagement:

      • Develop and implement successful clinical engagements, applying Cerner's methodology to impact client performance, satisfaction, and business outcomes.
      • Partner with Cerner client stakeholders to build lasting relationships and holistically influence project engagements.

      Expert Guidance and Collaboration:

      • Provide expert guidance to clients and internal project teams, leveraging your clinical expertise to design workflows and conduct thorough analyses of current and future states, as well as gap analyses.
      • Collaborate closely with clients to ensure the seamless integration of technology, fostering innovation and efficiency.

      Project Delivery Leadership:

      • Take charge of project deliverables and timelines, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of committed value to our clients.
      • Lead client meetings and facilitate discussions on technology adoption, cultivating relationships that drive positive business outcomes.

      Qualifications and Experience:

      • Minimum of 2 years of Health Care Information Technology (HCIT) consulting experience
      • Minimum of 4 years of licensed clinical or healthcare work experience
      • Minimum of 4 years of people management experience
      • Registered Nurse state board authorization
      • Cerner Millennium experience
      • Project Management experience
      • Post Graduate qualification in Health Care Informatics, Health Care Administration, or Organizational Change Management

      !*!Responsible for driving the client through the design of clinical and business processes, solution and technology workflow, and successful adoption that will lead to achieved value. Manage ongoing relationships with clients, providing account management and clinical subject matter expertise focusing on client success in utilizing Oracle's solutions. Through the use of Oracle's implementation approach and methodology, the Consultant will assist in change management, help identify opportunities for improvement, and is accountable for achieving the project’s targeted outcomes.

      An experienced professional who is a domain and process expert with a broad understanding of practices and solutions within the relevant area of focus. Design, develop, and execute data- and technology, clinical-centered solutions for the client. Performs independently varied and complex analysis, clinical studies, innovate new product offerings on external customer engagements. Strategize with business development teams and leadership to uncover opportunities and drive growth. Advise engagement leaders on execution and completion of custom projects within area of focus. Develop and leverage trusted advisor relationships to bring business opportunities. Drive innovation and process improvement. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of external customer organizations to handle escalations and lead customer discussions.

      Bachelors or Advanced degree in a discipline relevant to area of focus, plus 5 year related work experience. Minimum Qualifications: : At least 8 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including: At least 1 year of licensed health care practice, clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology (HCIT) work experience Degree in respective clinical expertise (Nursing, Pharmacy, Clinical Studies, Informatics, Health Care or related field Certification required based on area of focus: Registered Nurse - State Board, Licensed Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O)-State Board, Pharmacist - State Board, Certified Exercise Physiologist - State Board, Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist - State Board Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position. Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations. Depending on the job there may be additional minimum requirements and/or preferred qualifications
