  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Conduct onsite customer visits to investigate reported device or disposable issues
  - Communicate findings to internal investigative teams and develop remedial education/support plans
  - Mentor team members and internal staff on products, best practices, and customer education
  - Coordinate communication flow between internal teams and customers, managing timelines for site visits
  - Maintain accurate account documentation and follow all company policies and procedures
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing with a current, active Registered Nurse license
  - 6-10 years of relevant professional experience
  - Ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays
  - Strong critical thinking skills in clinical settings and excellent communication skills at all organizational levels
  - Proficiency with software platforms including Outlook, TrackWise, Qlikview, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and OneNote
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Advanced degree preferred with emphasis on clinical infusion practice
  - Experience in Oncology preferred
  - Experience with Alaris System Platform
