What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead complex projects and develop project management plans
- Implement operational strategies and risk management plans
- Manage project resources and scope of work
- Mentor team members and provide training
- Collaborate with customers to provide solutions and contribute to business development initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS in life sciences or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing clinical research projects
- Therapeutic expertise in Neurology/CNS/Psych, Analgesia, Dermatology, and/or Respiratory preferred
- Strong communicator with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of clinical research concepts and regulatory requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in conducting on-site monitoring visits or managing CRA team activities
