      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Complete treatment record review audits and provide feedback results
      - Implement audit plan for Behavioral Health Providers at all levels of care
      - Initiate and monitor provider corrective action plans to improve performance
      - Travel to Utah for occasional on-site audits
      - Develop and present recommendations to improve quality and outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Currently licensed as a mental health therapist in the state of residence
      - 3+ years of professional mental health experience
      - Experience auditing behavioral health clinical records
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
      - Ability to travel to Utah locations for on-site audits

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with quality measures such as HEDIS
      - Knowledge of behavioral health services in specific counties
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects
      - Proven design and implementation of quality improvement projects
      - Experience analyzing data for quality improvement and performance outcomes
