      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review medical records and supporting documentation in correlation with charges billed
      - Identify incomplete/inconsistent medical records and report to pertinent departments
      - Interact with leadership, department managers, and regional facility staff members regarding client standards, compliance, and reimbursement issues
      - Respond to customer inquiries and analyze revenue cycle questions and issues
      - Create and deliver charge-related educational materials and findings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current unrestricted nursing license (i.e., RN, LPN, LVN)
      - 3+ years of work experience in a healthcare environment dealing with charge audits
      - 1+ year of experience in nursing care
      - Experience with Cerner or Epic EHR and Microsoft Office products
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Medical Coding Certificate
      - Revenue Integrity experience
      - Understanding of payor specific guidelines and hospital revenue cycle roles and functions
      - Proven abilities in problem management, process analysis, and root cause analysis
