      Position Requirements

      Key Responsibilities:

      Recruitment:

      • Manage recruitment for clinical positions, including CRNAs, anesthesiologists, and other anesthesia-related roles.
      • Screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
      • Develop and maintain an active candidate pipeline through targeted strategies and partnerships.
      • Partner with Chiefs and RVPs to understand specific role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

      Candidate Engagement & Relationship Management:

      • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive and seamless experience from initial inquiry through offer acceptance.
      • Communicate effectively with candidates, ensuring they are informed about job responsibilities, the company’s culture, and the benefits of working for NAPA.
      • Manage candidate expectations, including salary, relocation assistance, and other offer-related negotiations.

      Collaborative Partnering:

      • Work closely with clinical leadership and Chiefs to define job requirements, assess candidate qualifications, and ensure alignment on hiring goals.
      • Advise and coach Chiefs on best practices for interviewing, candidate evaluation, and improving the overall recruitment experience.
      • Collaborate with regional leadership and compensation to ensure compensation packages align with industry/market standards.

      Employer Branding & Marketing:

      • Promote the company’s brand and reputation within the clinical community to attract top-tier candidates.
      • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and career fairs to increase visibility and promote the company as an employer of choice.
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted recruitment campaigns that highlight the organization’s unique value proposition, work culture, and benefits.

      Compliance & Reporting:

      • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and healthcare compliance standards.
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data privacy compliance.
      • Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on recruitment progress, challenges, and key performance metrics.

      Onboarding Support:

      • Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization, including facilitating pre-employment screenings, background checks, and credential verification.
      • Assist in creating a welcoming onboarding experience that aligns with the company’s culture and ensures new hires are set up for success.

      Qualifications:

      • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field.
      • Experience:
        • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focused on clinical recruitment/healthcare.
        • Experience recruiting for anesthesia-related roles, such as CRNAs, anesthesiologists, or surgical/critical care positions, is preferred.
        • Familiarity with recruitment in a healthcare setting, including knowledge of healthcare-specific regulations and compliance.
      • Skills:
        • Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating clinical candidates.
        • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, talent pipelines, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
        • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse candidates and hiring managers.
        • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines.
        • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on delivering results.
        • Proficiency with HR technology, ATS, and recruitment tools (e.g., Workday).

      The Senior Clinical Recruiter will be responsible for driving the recruitment process for clinical roles. This includes screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified anesthesia professionals such as CRNAs (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists), anesthesiologists, and other critical clinical staff. The Senior Clinical Recruiter will collaborate with clinical leadership (RVPs, Chiefs, APA Directors and SDRDs to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a high-quality, efficient hiring process. The role is integral to building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring that the company continues to provide high-quality anesthesia care across various healthcare settings.
