  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Perform and coordinate assigned aspects of the clinical monitoring process to ensure safety and efficacy of investigational products
  - Conduct site visits for protocol and regulatory compliance, and prepare necessary documentation
  - Develop collaborative relationships with investigative sites and study vendors
  - Serve as a mentor/trainer for less experienced Clinical Research Associates (CRAs)
  - Assist with monitoring visit report reviews and provide support for audits/inspections preparation
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant Clinical Operations experience
  - Minimum of 3-4 years of monitoring experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry
  - BS/BA in a relevant scientific discipline
  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in global oncology trials
  - Familiarity with industry CTMS and data management systems
  - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  - Demonstrated initiative and entrepreneurial mindset
  - Knowledge of ICH and associated regulatory guidelines
