      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements
      - Conduct site visits to assess performance and provide support for successful trial execution
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely and accurate data collection and reporting
      - Provide training and guidance to site staff and other CRAs to uphold clinical trial standards
      - Build and maintain effective relationships with site personnel and stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, nursing, or medicine
      - Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate with a strong understanding of trial processes
      - Proven ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously
      - Expertise in monitoring practices and proficiency in clinical trial software and tools
      - Ability to travel at least 60% of the time and possess a valid driver’s license
