Work with Territory Managers (TMs) to understand the clinical and service needs of specific customers and provide highest level clinical service and technical support
Support TMs’ account sales strategies to drive sales and territory results through regular contact with key specialists and technical staff
Conducts on-site clinical education, training and / or consulting to specified customers
Identifies and facilitates execution on growth opportunities with Sales/Clinical Support & Management Team
Serves as a technical resource to support sales of a specific medical product or solution
Proactively meet with TMs and other Clinical Specialists (CSs) in managing case coverage requirements for the state.
Support Territory Managers with inventory monitoring and control, including ensuring appropriate levels of inventory in each location & the expedited delivery of stock to customers as needed
Travel requirement: 25%
High School Diploma with minimum of 8 years relevant experience OR Associate Diploma with minimum of 6 years relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree in nursing, general science or similar with minimum of 4 years relevant experience or Advanced degree with minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Comprehensive clinical and technical knowledge including clinical papers. Asks skillful questions.
Comprehensive knowledge of the neuromodulation clinical offerings
Strong clinical and business relationships with customers
Advanced understanding of internal workings of hospital labs/ theatres / departments e.g. purchasing, consignment, clinics, patient & implant scheduling, and key influencers
Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
Maintain a valid driver’s license.

A Day in the Life
In this exciting role as a Senior Clinical Specialist, you will be working closely with the Neuromodulation team to achieve sales revenue and market share targets across QLD by providing technical and clinical excellence to implanters and clinical stakeholders for Targeted Drug Delivery (TDD), Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) and Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) portfolios.
