What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and manage multiple clinical trials across various therapeutic areas
- Prepare and submit IRB/REB applications and manage ICF forms
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in Canada, including Health Canada submissions
- Communicate effectively with study teams to meet timelines and deliverables
- Work independently while maintaining a strong attention to detail
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related scientific field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical trial experience
- Proficient in the English language (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with VeevaVault TMF is desirable
- Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a matrix environment
