      Your Impact:
      - Support Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams
      - Execute post-contract amendments to drive successful cash collection efforts
      - Optimize financial outcomes and improve the customer's post-sales experience
      - Understand customer's contractual arrangements, purchase history, and desired outcome
      - Resolve customer issues by leveraging employer's CRM and ERP systems
      - Reconcile customer invoicing history and work with Customer Success and Sales teams
      - Present amendment options to stakeholders for a great customer experience
      - Maintain optimal cash collection and appropriate revenue recognition outcomes
      - Develop a detailed understanding of employer's Quote-to-Cash process
      - Build quotes to ensure accurate fulfillment and invoicing of contracts
      - Develop best practices for post-sale contract changes
      - Partner with Commercial Controllership, Accounts Receivable, and Ordering teams
      - Create a post-contract adjustment process matrix
      - Test and implement system changes to improve efficiency
      - Manage prioritization lists for key customer accounts
      - Ensure accurate reflection of post-contract invoicing and fulfillment events
      - Collaborate with business partners to ensure timely and accurate data processing

      What You'll Bring:
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
      - 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, quoting, pricing, or commercial finance
      - Ability to research and organize financial data
      - Strong attention to detail
      - Experience with Salesforce.com CRM platform (CPQ preferred)
      - Willingness to work overtime when required
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
      - Clear and concise communication skills
      - Strong analytical skills
      - Teamwork and collaboration-oriented
      - Proactive and takes initiative
      - Comfortable with conflict resolution and persuasion
      - Service-oriented mindset
      - Able to work in a fast-paced environment
