  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Ensure accurate and timely monthly broker commission payments by maintaining commission modules and schedules
  - Collaborate with the CTS Broker Operations team to communicate licensing and certification updates to external brokers
  - Analyze potential issues in commission processing and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy
  - Maintain internal sales representatives' licenses and respond to inquiries regarding commissions and licensing
  - Support daily functions of broker operations and perform additional tasks as required
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's Degree
  - 3–5+ years of relevant, professional work experience
  - Experience in calculating and processing commission payments
  - Strong attention to detail with critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  - Proficient with MS Office - Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and information systems/software
