What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary lead for critical company tools that support complex, cross-functional workflows
- Develop and oversee the tooling strategy and roadmap to ensure alignment with business needs
- Facilitate strategic decision-making with executives to prioritize operational initiatives
- Analyze existing operational systems to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations, program management, or a related role
- Proven track record of collaborating with and influencing senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a focus on operational excellence
- Proficiency in Product & Agile Project Management tools, such as JIRA or similar
