- Research trends, benchmarking and analyzing data to develop recommendations for salary and incentive programs
- Support the design and communication of pay structure, grades, and compensation budgets
- Partner with managers to prepare and maintain job descriptions for all positions in the organization
- Benchmark internal jobs against market data to determine competitiveness; prepare and present summary reports of job analysis and compensation recommendations to HR partners
- Configure and execute annual merit and bonus process, and prepare related communications
- Maintain compensation-related systems and reports for data analysis
- Identify process improvements through technology and best practices to increase efficiency and improve service delivery
- Ensure proper administration of compensation changes
- Audit invoices and confirm all vendors are paid timely
- Maintain primary contact with compensation partners to ensure efficient and accurate administration of plans
- Develop and maintain compensation administration policies and procedures
- Ensure adequate estimates, forecasts, and calculations of expenses for budget planning and tracking
- Ensure compliance with government regulations related to compensation programs
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop communication and employee outreach and manager education related to compensation programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources (Compensation related experience required)
- Advanced Excel experience and ability to utilize spreadsheets to analyze data
- Advanced Power Point experience and have the ability to present data through compelling charts and graphics
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to accurately and efficiently utilize data to make sound recommendations

The Opportunity: The Senior Compensation Analyst contributes to the administration and analysis of Purchasing Power’s compensation programs. This role will assist the Senior Director, HR Operations and Total Rewards to ensure compensation programs align with the goals of the company and support a high-performance culture by attracting and rewarding talent.
