      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer and assist in the design and upkeep of the employer’s compensation programs, including base wage, annual incentive, performance-based incentive, and commissions programs
      - Conduct annual compensation benchmarking studies to ensure market competitiveness
      - Analyze existing and proposed programs to ensure compliance, competitiveness, and cost-effectiveness
      - Review salary adjustments to ensure alignment with established guidelines and policies
      - Provide analytics and ad-hoc reports for all compensation-related matters and regulatory requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business with an emphasis in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience administering compensation programs for a large multi-state organization
      - Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, particularly MS-Excel
      - Knowledge of Federal and State regulations pertaining to employer compensation practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CCP Certification is preferred but not required
      - Familiarity with compensation survey sources/vendors such as Willis Towers Watson, Mercer, or Payfactors
