      We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our award-winning business.

      This role would suit candidates based anywhere in the UK or Republic of Ireland. Our team supports the European, Middle Eastern, African and Indian (iEMEA) and APAC territories for Neogen, a top performing NASDAQ listed business employing over 2,800 people worldwide.

      This person in this role analyzes, designs, and administers Neogen’s compensation programs globally, including base pay and various incentives that align with company objectives for recruiting, retention, and employee engagement. You will advise HR colleagues and People Leaders on making effective pay decisions that support employee engagement and comply with compensation policy and budgetary guidelines.

      Key duties include:

      • Support design of Total Rewards programs that align with Neogen’s People Strategy
      • Contribute to design, modelling and communication of pay structures, compensation budgets and pay guidelines
      • Respond to market benchmarking enquiries globally and supports HR partners with compensation data requirements
      • Participate in global compensation surveys, conducts research and analysis on market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends. Prepares analysis of company’s competitive position
      • Partner with Systems and Payroll to ensure that system compensation data is accurate and ensures that Workday is updated. Produces Workday reporting and analytics as required.
      • Stay abreast of all advances and trends in the broader marketplace related to Total Rewards
      • Ensure compliance with regulations in various markets and assists with analytics and equal pay reporting
      • Support continuous improvement on key compensation activities (salary survey submission, annual salary reviews and bonus processes)
      • Support key reward initiatives such as development and communication of salary banding architecture, pay ranges and pay guidelines
      • Review proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines and recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems
      • Audit job content and assists with preparation of job descriptions. Evaluates new job roles and develops job profiles as required
      • Partner with HR colleagues and People Leaders to educate and advise on Neogen’s compensation programs

      Knowledge, skills and experience required includes:

      • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/knowledge level
      • Significant prior experience in compensation at multi-national organization.
      • Advanced analytical, numerical and excel skills
      • Excellent communication skills
