What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform data analytics, modeling, reporting, and auditing of job and employee information across the organization
- Review and prepare job descriptions that accurately reflect job responsibilities and requirements
- Analyze competitive salary information through participation in compensation surveys
- Formulate recommendations regarding salary structures and job revisions
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements governing compensation administration
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
- 4-6 years of experience with broad base pay administration, including incentive plans
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles and procedures
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, particularly advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Match Index, Pivot Tables)
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree (MBA) in HR Management
- 1-3 years of progressive experience in HR, including mentoring compensation staff
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
- Strong project management skills and problem-solving experience
- Knowledge of related legal standards such as ERISA, FLSA, and Equal Pay laws
