      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Ensure compliance with COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, and data privacy regulations
      - Lead salary benchmarking and compensation structure design
      - Analyze labor market trends and provide insights for pay and incentive decisions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation or benefits roles
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field
      - In-depth knowledge of benefit regulations such as COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA
      - Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS platforms like Paycom
      - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in HR analytics is a plus
