What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct advanced analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments
- Research and analyze competition, identifying trends and competitive forces
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations for business decisions
- Manage competitive intelligence projects from inception to completion
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive competitive intelligence database

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a competitive intelligence or similar role, preferably within Property & Casualty insurance
- Demonstrated competence in competitive intelligence methodologies and processes
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills, including data analysis and SWOT analysis
- Advanced proficiency in researching market insights using databases and analytical processes
- Exceptional analytical skills and visual presentation capabilities
