What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate prospective Property & Casualty program structures and facilitate issue resolution
- Independently draft product policy forms and manuscript endorsements for Excess and Surplus lines
- Conduct industry and regulatory research on non-admitted compliance issues
- Create policy templates and issuance guidelines for Excess and Surplus product lines
- Manage complex product projects in collaboration with Underwriting, Claims, Legal, and Actuarial teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the insurance industry, with exposure to surplus lines placements and product development
- Demonstrated knowledge of Excess and Surplus lines P&C compliance laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong oral and written communication skills, along with excellent organizational skills
