      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence reviews of high-risk clients
      - Source, validate, and interpret data for analysis
      - Maintain knowledge of laws, regulations, procedures, and policies affecting the business area
      - Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
      - Structure work and analysis for consistency with departmental goals and objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Financial Compliance/Regulatory Environment, Legal, Audit, Banking, or related experience
      - Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
      - Knowledge of banking and compliance requirements
      - Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
      - Strong research skills and experience with online research systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CAMS or similar certification
      - Knowledgeable of money laundering laws including the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, U.S. Treasury AML guidelines, OFAC requirements, and Suspicious Activity Reporting requirements
