      - Salary ranging from $75,000.00 to $85,000.00, plus competitive performance-based incentives

      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review new and pending legal and regulatory requirements from various regulators to determine applicability to the employer
      - Collaborate with relevant departments to document compliance implementation efforts using the employer's risk management tool
      - Support the gathering and reporting of operational metrics and key risk indicators
      - Coordinate materials for the Board and assist with the development of company-level policies and procedures
      - Partner with the Learning & Development team to build and update regulatory training for associates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A Bachelor's degree (preferred)
      - Paralegal experience or experience interpreting laws and regulations
      - 3+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry
      - Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to the insurance and securities industries
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
