What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute compliance procedures and enforce policy governance across the organization to ensure regulatory reporting requirements are met
- Lead project management efforts for sensitive Compliance initiatives and represent the Compliance Department on complex contracts
- Collect, prepare, and maintain records for reporting to senior leadership and the Board of Directors
- Serve as a subject matter expert within Compliance and develop solutions to complex compliance problems
- Research and interpret laws and regulatory issues impacting compliance programs and manage licensing submissions and reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related area, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience in legal or compliance roles within a healthcare or PBM organization
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare
- Certification as a Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Healthcare Compliance Professional (CHC)
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Advanced degree in a related area, such as Juris Doctor
