What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft and negotiate administrative service agreements.
- Ensure compliance of agreements with organizational policies and procedures.
- Assist the Sales team with contract lifecycle management and execution.
- Maintain the contract management database, tracking execution and renewals.
- Provide contractual interpretations to internal stakeholders.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contracting or legal departments, including contract preparation, review, and administration.
- Demonstrated knowledge of contract lifecycle management and the contracting environment.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a healthcare-related compliance or legal role.
- Familiarity with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
- Proven ability to establish effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance in healthcare contracting.
- Experience with contract management software or databases.
