What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and advise on regulatory compliance requirements
- Provide consultative assistance to management and staff
- Review correspondence and marketing material for compliance
- Conduct periodic compliance reviews of loan and share products
- Serve as a resource for mentoring, training, and guidance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a Legal or Compliance-related discipline
- NAFCU Certified Compliance Officer Certification (NCCO) or CUNA compliance certification
- 5 years of experience in legal or regulatory compliance in a Financial Institution
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Maintaining NAFCU Certified Compliance Officer Certification (NCCO)
