- Lead the development of workplace design concepts that align with client culture, business goals, and future of work strategies.
- Translate research insights and strategic briefs into spatial narratives and compelling design directions.
- Develop mood boards, space plans, concept sketches, and visual presentations to effectively communicate design ideas to the production hub.
- Collaborate with workplace strategists, interior designers, architects, and project managers throughout all project stages.
- Will work closely with the Regional Design Leads, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
- Stay current on trends in workplace strategy, design innovation, materials, sustainability, and emerging technologies.
- Balance design innovation with project budgets, timelines, and functional requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- 6+ years of experience in Commercial Design,
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative concept work and spatial storytelling.
- Excellent sketching and visualization skills (hand and/or digital).
- Strong communication and client presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for pushing creative boundaries and delivering innovative retail experiences.
- Proficiency in tools such as Revit, AutoCad and presentation software is a plus.
