      We have an opportunity for a Senior Conference Producer/Validator position to join our fast-growing Production team at Hanson Wade. As a business intelligence company, our products span across Life Science, Construction and HR to provide our customers premium insights through niche products.

      To support our growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced producer to support our ambition, accelerate growth of our repeat assets and more importantly, expand our footprint in product offerings in these our Life Science, Construction and HR market segments.

      With clear and established career progression paths, dedicated training and development including Brand Director Qualification (BDq) programme, we will support the successful candidate with

      • Launching new products to complement our existing LS, Construction or HR markets
      • Growing repeat events to its commercial heights
      • Portfolio development with P&L and financial responsibilities
      • People development

      Responsibilities include:

      • End-to-end production and delivery of conference products, from research to speaker acquisition to delivery throughout the calendar year across both high-growth repeat events and launches
      • Through our Brand Director Qualification training, adopt our own Production IP for validation, developing new conference ideas in either Life Science, Construction or HR sectors
      • Identify and develop strategy to grow repeat assets in the portfolio
      • Internal and external stakeholder management, including liaising with other functions to drive commercial results and customer satisfaction
      • Establish and manage portfolio development (with P&L accountabilities) through creation of product opportunity as quickly as possible
      • People management opportunity

      What a successful candidate needs:

      • Minimum 12 months B2B conference production experience across different product types, such as launch and repeat events with strong commercial results, attributed to methodological and thorough market research, data analysis and uphold our product quality standard
      • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
      • Curiosity and interest in creating your own business by spotting product opportunities through commercial data points
      • Strong communicator and relationship builder with solution driven attitude to make positive impacts
      • A highly motivated entrepreneurial with tenacity, resilience and commercial acumen
      • Experience of strategic portfolio development or new event validation is desirable but not essential.

      Hanson Wade will provide a 6-month Brand Director Qualification programme into the role to embed core principles of Strategic Production, Topic Generation, Validation, Product Growth Strategy, Project Leadership, Portfolio Management & People Management.
