      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide guidance to faculty, staff, and students to ensure compliance with University policies and federal regulations related to COIs
      - Develop conflict management plans
      - Support the University Conflict of Interest Committee and Institutional Conflict of Interest Committee in managing COIs
      - Utilize the University disclosure system
      - Assist in developing COI-related databases

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to prioritize multiple projects
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Independence in work after receiving guidance
      - Experience working in a similar role
