What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and participate in engagement workstreams to deliver performance improvements for healthcare systems
- Conduct data analyses, interpret findings, and develop actionable recommendations
- Create presentations and deliverables for various client audiences that communicate strategies and outcomes
- Manage workstream economics, project management activities, and assist in risk identification and mitigation
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to practice development activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of applicable work experience in healthcare consulting or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Proven ability to conduct analyses and oversee the production of client deliverables
- Strong communication skills to effectively present to client audiences
- Experience with healthcare data sets and analytics methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Lean Process Improvement and Six Sigma Green/Black belt certification
- Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, or Strategic Planning
- Ability to lead work groups and mentor others in project execution
- Familiarity with Premier and PINC AI databases
- Experience in developing methodologies for strategic problem-solving
