What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, execute, and manage I-O consulting projects
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on assessment solutions
- Liaison with operations teams for implementation of solutions
- Support assessment development through tasks like item writing and review
- Assist in scoping and designing assessment solutions and proposals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in I-O Psychology or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
- Minimum 5-7 years of post-degree experience in consulting services
- Experience in psychometrics and statistical techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with clients and teams
- Active participation in the professional assessment community
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in selection assessments, particularly in the public safety sector
