What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in business licensing and permitting processes for government agencies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and analyze existing processes
- Work with development teams to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate communication between government stakeholders and technical teams, including conducting presentations and demos
- Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and post-implementation support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a foreign equivalent, or three years of relevant work experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business licensing and permitting within state or local government agencies
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and best practices in licensing and permitting
- Proven ability to gather requirements and analyze complex regulatory documents
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and support
