What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to inform client recommendations
- Perform detailed data analytics and financial projections using tools like Excel and Power BI
- Manage project activities, scope, deliverables, and risks
- Coordinate teams in a complex and rapidly changing environment
- Design and implement recommended solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare management consulting and/or project management
- 3+ years of healthcare experience in a Provider environment
- 3+ years of experience building project/program deliverables
- Advanced Microsoft Office expertise, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel up to 80%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Lean six sigma certifications
- Experience with data management tools and/or BI tools like Tableau, MicroStrategy
- Hospital operational and/or provider healthcare consulting experience
- Experience with project turnaround/remediation
- Demonstrated experience in client account growth and relationship expansion
