What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of professional level experience in early childhood teaching and administration
- Masters degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
- Knowledge and experience with Child Care Development Block Grant (CCDBG) funding and child care subsidy system management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in state government specific to the child and family sector
