- Support a program management office (PMO) for utility clients undertaking complex, transformational programs.
- Act as or support the Project Manager in developing project plans, milestones, estimates, and structure on large engagements.
- Gather business process and technical requirements workshops with client personnel to develop business process/ technical documentation deliverables including requirements, process maps and key performance indicators within electric grid initiatives.
- Participate in a team of software/solution implementation, systems integration, and business consultants.
- Contribute to the Energy & Utilities consulting practice (methodologies, service offerings, team development), and drive best practice behaviors into the organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems or Business strongly preferred (Master’s Degree also preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the utilities industry or similar.
- Minimum 3 year of professional services consulting experience preferred.
- Interest in project management and consulting; including writing and presentation of business solutions.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the year annually.

Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, purchase shares from our employee stock ownership program and be eligible to receive annual bonuses. Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
