  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Support or manage project workstreams, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and client engagement guidelines
  - Apply technical and domain expertise to solve client business challenges and inefficiencies
  - Elevate the Cognizant brand as a trusted business-focused transformation partner
  - Understand client's business challenges and align them with Cognizant solutions
  - Capitalize on successful project outcomes to further client business partnerships and involvement in strategic digital transformation roadmaps
  - Collaborate with Cognizant project resources and partners to achieve project goals and client satisfaction
  - Develop and market specific engagement solutions as Cognizant solution offerings
  - Establish thought leadership and consultative presence within Cognizant and the wider consulting community
  - Mentor and support less experienced consultants
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 6+ years of experience in technology, consulting, professional services, or solution development within the healthcare industry
  - Bachelor's degree in a relevant business or technical discipline; work-in-progress on a Masters or MBA
  - Broad understanding of core business processes, technology challenges, and technical/business solutions in the healthcare industry
  - Certifications in Agile and SAFe
  - Experience within a consultancy, targeted industry domain, or digital solution environment core to Cognizant's businesses
  - Travel required
  - Onsite requirements: Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite
  - Personal leadership and a commitment to creating a culture of exceptional outcomes
  - Alignment with Cognizant's Core Values
