Managing varying workloads and priorities, ensuring delivery against tight timelines while maintaining quality and compliance.
Leading or contributing to business case development and master planning efforts across sectors
Reviewing design documentation and feasibility studies, applying a critical technical lens informed by a background in architecture or engineering.
Navigating procurement and tendering processes, including RFI and Q&A management, in line with public sector governance frameworks.
Facilitating communication between design teams, project managers, engineers and clients to drive clarity, alignment and defensible outcomes.
Mentoring junior consultants and supporting team coordination on complex multi-stakeholder engagements.
Supporting tender evaluations and maintaining robust audit trails, including documentation review and reporting.
7+ years’ experience in management consulting, public infrastructure, or engineering advisory roles.
A tertiary qualification in engineering, architecture, business, economics or a related field.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure lifecycle and governance
Hands-on experience with procurement, master planning, tendering and regulatory compliance.
Confidence working with technical documents and stakeholder groups across all levels.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to lead project deliverables and contribute to strategy.

In Melbourne, our team is rapidly growing and we’re now seeking a Senior Consultant who can work at the intersection of project strategy, technical design, and stakeholder management. You will have a pivotal role in supporting our clients in making infrastructure decisions that are equitable, cost-effective and future-focused.
You'll join a close-knit team committed to 'advice that matters', working across infrastructure sectors and shaping Victoria’s future through rigorous analysis, policy insight and hands-on delivery.
