What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and support projects providing services for state finance and administration agency clients, including IV&V, project management, and IT systems planning
- Develop project approaches and work plans, coordinating task assignments across project team members
- Report on project status, including risks and issues, to various audiences, including client executive leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and facilitate meetings with stakeholders
- Contribute to team culture and participate in training and development activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Expertise in state government system implementations, particularly in finance, budgeting, and similar systems
- Deep understanding of software system implementation technical domains, including data migration and system integration
- Experience with IV&V, project management, and other related projects
- Strong customer focus and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple assignments and achieve quality results in a timely manner

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute
- Familiarity with project management documents and best practices
