      Accountabilities:
      As a Senior Consultant, you will ensure optimum performance and stability for LIMS system as part of Laboratory Quality Systems for AstraZeneca Operations. You will provide 2nd/ 3rd line support, take ownership of issues, support development activities, and develop specialist knowledge in relevant systems. You will also liaise with multiple collaborators including users, infrastructure/middleware teams, 3rd party software vendors for resolving issues and potential process improvements. Training, guiding, and mentoring new hires in the team will also be part of your responsibilities.

      Essential Skills/Experience:
      - 9+ years of experience working with LIMS systems like Azenta LIMS
      - Expertise experience with Limfinity scripting language
      - Must have hands-on experience in LIMS Basic functions, Architecture and Crystal Reports
      - Must have experience with LIMS Installation & Configuration
      - Experience with API integrations and good to have snowflake knowledge.
      - Good knowledge in Python, bash, perl or ruby scripting for integrations.
      - Good knowledge in AWS cloud solutions
      - Experience working with mulesoft integrations or similar middleware technologies.
      - Knowledge on the Database and able to write queries for fetching reports /trouble shooting
      - Should have good understanding in Human Bio sampling and Biobank management.
      - Experience in providing L2 and L3 Level support with a good understanding of Change management process (bug fixes, customization changes, enhancements)
      - Exposure to working in ITIL environment managing issues through Service Now, Remedy BMC and/or HP Service Centre.
      - Analytical, Problem solving & Troubleshooting skills.
      - Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves.
      - Good verbal & written communication skills.

      EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science, or equivalent degree is preferred.
