      Job Description

      Key Responsibilities

      • Proactively source new leasing instructions and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients;
      • Coordinate and conduct property viewings, ensuring a high standard of service and professionalism;
      • Negotiate terms of instructions and transactions on behalf of clients;
      • Develop, present, and implement marketing proposals and commercialisation strategies;
      • Promote and present the full range of Cushman & Wakefield services to clients and prospects;
      • Work closely with the national and international Office Agency teams to align strategies and leverage cross-border opportunities;
      • Collaborate, when needed, with other service lines across the business;
      • Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities within the wider Cushman & Wakefield platform;
      • Support the ongoing update and accuracy of the office sector database;
      • Represent the company and/or clients at meetings, events, and other occasions as required.

      Candidate Profile

      • Strong commercial background, preferably with experience in real estate;
      • Proven track record in client management and business development;
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
      • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven;
      • Fluency in English (minimum C1 level – mandatory);
      • Strong organisational skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment;
      • Willingness to travel when necessary.
