      Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Manager – Qantas Link, as Senior People Consultant you will become a trusted partner of the Business Unit managers, providing leadership, advice and coaching to ensure the growth, development and engagement of our people.

      Your core responsibilities will include:

      • Providing autonomous People leadership and business partnering across a number of diverse teams.
      • Talent management and succession planning to identify capability gaps and risks and partnering with the business to build capability for now and the future.
      • Supporting change and transformation initiatives, leveraging skills and experience in organisational design, change management and employee relations
      • Driving a high performance culture through coaching, influencing and mentoring; and
      • Using data and analysis to highlight people priorities and build cases for change


      You’ll have:

      • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
      • 3-5 years of Human Resources related experience
      • HR or change experience in a commercial environment
      • Exposure to change management, consulting and strategic HR practices
      • Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion and exercise strict confidentiality and deal with ambiguity and complexity.
      • Experienced in carrying out functional activities complex environments (e.g. with numerous industrial awards and multiple business units)
      • Experienced in working with people at all levels of an organisation with diverse workstyles
