      Job Description

      Main Purpose of Job

      We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Consultant - Assessments to support the delivery of a comprehensive Psychometric Assessments inhouse across different HR processes. This a key role in enabling the development of our people through psychometric tools.

      Key Performance Areas

      • Supports business with the new hire assessment, interpretation of assessment information e.g. insight interviews and/or psychometrics and integrated report writing (inclusive of senior direct entries)
      • Provides integrated coaching feedback to candidates and developmental feedback to business at the end of the Assessment Centre
      • Together with the Assessment team, maintains relationships with service provider’s key account people, holding regular meetings and keeping communication open
      • Analytics of data and trends emerging from the ADCs to inform talent management
      • Provides candidates and business with integrated feedback as required.
      • Coordinates and facilitates ADC programmes as required
      • Writes integrated reports

      New Hire Assessments

      • Supports business with the new hire assessment, interpretation of assessment information e.g. insight interviews and/or psychometrics and integrated report writing (inclusive of senior direct entries)
      • Provides integrated coaching feedback to candidates and developmental feedback to business at the end of the Assessment Centre

      Vendor Management (Assessment Service Providers)

      • Together with the Assessment team, maintains relationships with service provider’s key account people, holding regular meetings and keeping communication open
      • Screens and on-boards new Service Providers should this be necessary
      • Ensuring invoicing is completed timeously for vendor payments

      Ad-hoc

      • Assisting Manager with Direct Entry senior hire interviews and integrated report writing

      Minimum Experience

      • Overall, 5 years or more working experience as a Psychometric
      • Accreditation on assessment instruments, particularly the CPP, OPQ and EQ would be required
      • Hogan would be advantageous

      Qualifications

      • Honours Degree

      Desired Qualifications

      • Postgraduate qualification in Psychology or Psychometry with HPCSA
