  As Consultant or Senior Consultat within EYs Real Estate Advisory and Project Management team, you will be part of a dynamic and high performing national real estate practice.

  As part of our national team, based in the Perth office, you will get exposure to a truly diverse range of real estate issues, sectors, competencies as well as other functions within the EY Strategy and Transactions network.

  Work at the cutting edge and broaden you real estate knowledge by providing strategic advice, valuation, development, and transaction advisory services.

  • Assist with valuation assignments of stabilised property, development projects and specialised assets.
  • Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on a range projects and transactions for income producing and development projects.
  • Support major urban renewal and infrastructure projects including the preparation of business cases, transaction strategies and development advisory.
  • Provide specialist due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios across a range of asset classes.
  • Undertake market research, trend analysis and contribute to thought leaderships papers.
  • Work on new and innovative housing models such as Build to Rent, Specialist Disability Accommodation, Affordable and Social Housing transactions.
  • Investigate and utilise new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative deliverables to our clients.
  • Support Project Managers on the delivery of complex business cases, buildings and precincts.

  What we’re looking for

  • A clear desire to build on or broaden existing experience by working in new and emerging property sectors, solving unique challenges with a desire to keep learning.
  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
  • An understanding of core property valuation principles, value drivers and methodologies.
  • Experience or qualification related to Finance, Property or Property Valuation or looking to work towards professional accreditation such a CPV of the API or RICS, CFA, CPA or ACA.
  • An understanding of the development process or property transactions.
