      Job Description Summary

      As Senior Consumer Marketing Manager Oral Healthcare, you will be responsible for developing product and commercial innovation in the oral health care domain, contribute to long-term strategic planning and deliver business results by executing the category growth model in collaboration with key regional and market teams around the Globe.

      Specifically, you will:

      • Drive the definition, development and introduction of new oral healthcare propositions that bring our consumers superior performance and product experience.
      • Translate in-depth market, consumer, dental professional, shopper, and competitive analyses into winning concepts.
      • Drive consumer and shopper research to identify and optimize the winning concepts, to integrate them into strategic product roadmaps that uniquely addresses the needs of consumers, payers, health care professionals and providers in Philips Personal Health markets.
      • Deliver innovation to the market via executing the innovation product development process end-to-end, from idea to creating a business case, to product introduction including communication.
      • Manage own product portfolio and ensure commercial success (sales, margin, market share, etc.)
      • Execute lifecycle management and market readiness. Ensure completion of appropriate deliverables (feature descriptions, value propositions, costing/pricing/quoting materials, etc.)
      • Interact with all associated disciplines, including Technology & Development departments, internal and external design agencies, own manufacturing units and/or external suppliers.
      • Interact on a regular basis with commercial organizations of key markets to operationalize the growth model and deliver aligned upon business goals.

      You are part of

      A team of marketing professionals working directly with the Consumer Marketing Director OHC and ultimately reporting into the Business Category Leader OHC Brush heads and Strategic Adjacencies. The team brings a wealth of international experience: your peers have background in various parts of the ‘value chain’ bringing experience in ‘upstream’ marketing as well as ‘downstream’ experience. In your role as Senior Consumer Marketing Manager, you will closely interact with commercial organizations, Innovation & Development, Marketing Communication, Market Intelligence and Supply Chain teams and in-/external Suppliers.

      To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

      • Preferably MBA qualified in a relevant subject area (e.g., business/strategic marketing, economics)
      • 7-8 years of relevant experience in an international business environment, in the field of consumer marketing, product market introductions and value proposition creation. (experience with personal care products is a plus)
      • Experience with developing business cases and product launches from start to finish.
      • Experience with translating market research and shopper insights into product concepts and new propositions.
      • Proven track record with global consumer/retail brands with a demonstrated ability to work with multiple and diverse markets.
      • Highly entrepreneurial; both analytical and hands-on to driving business growth (result-oriented)
      • Ability to think creatively whilst being firm enough to make and act upon clear decisions.
      • Excellent organizational and communication skills: ability to work with people of different seniority and backgrounds, motivate and influence others.
      • Business fluency in English (written & verbal)
